Refund & Returns Policy
1. Product Condition
All products sold on ytt-technologies.com are refurbished items unless stated otherwise.
Each product is fully tested and checked before delivery to ensure it is in working condition.
2. Warranty Coverage
A standard 3-month carry-in hardware warranty is provided unless stated otherwise on the product page.
The warranty covers hardware-related faults only.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The product is dead on arrival (DOA), or
- The issue cannot be repaired or replaced after inspection
Where possible, repair or replacement will be offered before a refund is issued.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Minor cosmetic wear (scratches, marks that do not affect function)
- Software-related issues (operating system, drivers, software settings)
5. Return Process
Customers must contact us first before returning any item.
Returned items without prior notice may not be accepted.
